Congratulations to Martina Mcatee! Your book has been tweeted, shared on Pinterest, added to my Goodreads TBR for the event, and shared on Facebook.

PITCH your book in the comments. Put your LINK in the Rafflecopter entry form. Tell me why you think I'll like it, why I should check it out, and a little about the story. DO NOT give me a synopsis. I can get that from Amazon. Make it personal or make it funny. I care not. I'll be grabbing a sample of every book pitched and go from there.

Please specify if you're entering as an author, a reader, or both. Author only entries will be removed before a winner is chosen.

IF you have a pre-order, please upload a SAMPLE to Google Drive and give people with the link permission to view. Put that link in the Rafflecopter form.

I strongly encourage you to check out the works of your fellow Indie authors. Chat in the comments, talk each other up, make friends!

Book reviewers! You're welcome to play along, too! Meet and greet authors. Get new books to read and review. It only works if we all work together.

**Kindly remember, there's no guarantee your book will be reviewed by me. You will get a purchase if your sample interests me, and I'll try my best to read it. But if I find I can't give it more than 2 stars, I won't write the review. I've had a few I couldn't finish and it led to me not giving a review.**

Now it's time to announce the winners from yesterday's giveaway!

  3. Hey Jo,

    I’m back for another go.

True love only happens once, perhaps, unless you're the owner of the Purple Sapphire, sadly the perks come with a crazed killer.

Barely surfacing from the 19th century, time travelling librarian Sophia Marcil has once again landed in the midst of a lethal adventure. This time the year is1920 and the old Victorian house is a familiar one. Haunted by the same curse and the same man, Sophia fights to save those she loves and return to her own time. But will she be safe in her own time? Her ambiguous stalker is a man of many faces.

And if you don’t believe me ….how about these people?

CURSE OF THE PURPLE DELHI SAPPHIRE Reviews

“Rachael writes in a way that is intriguing enough to keep the pages turning. Sophia, deeply in love and about to marry the man of her dreams, is in constant danger. Each scene segues into the next with new information, new conflicts, new prospects, new possibilities, new theories, and new revelations. In Rachael’s storytelling, there is never a dull moment. Her imagination is one of her greatest strengths as a writer.” Lacey Crowe

“Curse of the Purple Delhi Sapphire follows Sophia Marcil through an adventure that weaves past and present. Somewhere between mystery and history and thriller, this book delivers both action and in-depth story. I was very surprised with all of the twists and unexpected plot lines, and was kept guessing throughout.” Brody Gregg

  4. When cooze hound lawyer Jurgen Heuer wakes up dead, his preternatural residue relies on a boozy funeral director and a foul mouthed spirit guide to get him out of the funeral parlor and on to the next thing, whatever that may be.

Why read Heuer Lost and Found?

To get an insider view on the closed world of funeral directing.

    1. You are kind and generous, beautiful lady. What makes you dig on time travel? When I was younger, I used to dream about hanging out in the Sixties. Today, younger friends rhapsodize about the Eighties. That's a hoot to me, because I lived it and realize that every age is the best age when you live it!

    3. Time travel allows me to indulge my love for history without getting bogged down in the rules of historical fiction and let's face it...castles make cool backdrops when it comes to mystery. :P

  7. Hi Jo! So it's taken me a while to wrap my brain around this. What I really want is for you to review my upcoming book due out May 2016. But it is super secret and I can't risk it being leaked to my series followers. So here's my pitch for your review of IF I COULD FLY, the second book of my Being Me series!

When I first started writing it was entertaining for me. It satisfied my need to be creative. After I had 180,000 words on paper I decided it needed to be out in the world. When I decided to Indie publish I kept my expectations low. I was putting it out there for me, like making a check on my bucket list, or so I told myself. Now that I have two books published and the third of the series in the works I have finally decided I want to be a bad ass author. I realized you can't be half-in something and be great at it!

If I COULD FLY is a romance story but also begins to touch on some serious coming-of-age issues. A review from a kick butt writer/reviewer/blogger like yourself will get it in front of many more readers and turn them onto a series that will ultimately dive into many problems young and new adults face. This is why I would be so honored if you would review IF I COULD FLY!

    Thanks for the opportunity!

    2. Welcome to the madness, Tricia! And thanks for the pitch :) So good to see you here. Yesterday and today have been nutso, but I've grabbed the sample and will dive in today. I can feel a hat choosing coming up. HOW WILL I KEEP IT TO 12?!?!
